Noticing Nature Walk - May 15th

Take a Moment and join us for a gentle guided walk around Pontypool Park and surrounding landscapes, taking in the sights, sounds and textures of nature around us.
Contact with nature has been proven to be beneficial both physically and psychologically for a wide range of people, particularly for those experiencing chronic mental health issues, such as anxiety and depression.

  • Meet at 13.30pm outside the main entrance of Pontypool Active Living Centre

  • Plenty of Parking and Disabled Parking right outside the building.

  • We can tailor the route to suit the groups requirements
