Who We Are

Veronika Brannovic

Veronika Brannovic

Veronika has worked in the third and public sector for over 20 years, developing and delivering projects that connect people to nature. As well as experience of nature conservation, she has developed expertise in the benefits of contact with nature for human health and wellbeing. She is a qualified Mental Health First Aider and trained in counselling and communication skills. Veronika has lived experience of anxiety and depression and so understands the therapeutic benefits of nature, whether that’s sitting in the garden watching butterflies, looking at trees through a window or walking in a woodland.

Gavin Vella

Gavin Vella

Gavin is a firm believer that we are products of our own environment, and his degree in Sound has helped him form a greater understanding of healing properties found in nature. Gavin has experienced first hand the many anxieties we face in modern society and is a self medicating nature addict.

Natasha Harris

Natasha is a Psychology graduate and qualified counsellor, with a background in community and project development, to support wellbeing. She is passionate about connecting people to nature and highlighting the significant benefits wildlife and green spaces can have on  mood and emotional wellbeing. Outside activities and bringing nature indoors has helped with her own anxiety through the years, so she would like to help others and share learning.

What We Do

Restorative Spaces

We all have busy lives and spending time in contact with nature might feel like a luxury or even a chore. However, with a few tweaks, we can make the spaces that we work, live and play in more restorative – giving us a quick nature fix at any time.

Workshops and events

Being aware of your surroundings is an important tool that improves many aspects of our lives. Learning how to notice natures often small details, can help us connect to the present moment.

Usually, our programme of workshops and events would be focused on this. We are currently working towards online activities. Please bear with us while we adjust to changing times!

Nature and wellbeing

Contact with nature has been proven to be beneficial both physically and psychologically for a wide range of people, particularly for those experiencing chronic mental health issues, such as anxiety and depression.

At the moment, being outside in nature is becoming more challenging but we can still benefit from nature based activities.
