Noticing Nature Walk - September 4th

Take a Moment and join us for a gentle guided walk around Blaenserchan Valley, taking in the sights, sounds and textures of nature around us on this reclaimed post-industrial landscape, now rich in wildlife.


Contact with nature has been proven to be beneficial both physically and psychologically for a wide range of people, particularly for those experiencing chronic mental health issues, such as anxiety and depression.

  • We can tailor the route to suit the groups requirements but the woodland is a little hilly
