Noticing Nature Walk - October 16th

Take a Moment and join us for a gentle guided walk around Blaenavon Community Woodland, taking in the sights, sounds and textures of nature around us.
Contact with nature has been proven to be beneficial both physically and psychologically for a wide range of people, particularly for those experiencing chronic mental health issues, such as anxiety and depression.

  • Meet at 13.30pm at the car park marked on the map below:

  • We can tailor the route to suit the groups requirements, the intended path is relatively flat but typically uneven being on the edge of a woodland / moorland.
