Take a Moment and join us for a gentle walk around Pontypool Park, listening and learning how to identify a variety of Birds Song in the field. March is a great time of year to learn as only our resident birds are singing, as we haven’t been bombarded with spring/summer migrant birds yet that start to tern up in April.
Contact with nature has been proven to be beneficial both physically and psychologically for a wide range of people, particularly for those experiencing chronic mental health issues, such as anxiety and depression.
Meet at 10am outside the main entrance of Pontypool Active Living Centre (Leisure Centre)
Plenty of Parking and Disabled Parking right outside the building.
We can tailor the route to suit the groups requirements
