Take a Moment and join us for a gentle guided walk around Blaen Bran Community Woodland where we’ll be joined by Fungi Expert Vince Murphy to learn the basics about Fungi ID, in an area where over 86 species have been found, so there should be plenty get us started.
Contact with nature has been proven to be beneficial both physically and psychologically for a wide range of people, particularly for those experiencing chronic mental health issues, such as anxiety and depression.
Meet at 13.30pm at the Mountain Air Car Park marked on the map below:
(We’re meeting at The Mountain Air car park so that the route is relatively flat compared to the main Blaen Bran Car Park which is at the bottom of the valley).
